- Clients must retain their original work and submit copies for
editing. Adam Dimech does not take responsibility for lost work.
- Adam Dimech retains the right to refuse any work for which it is
believed
cannot be completed within the client’s timeframe.
- All prices quoted are estimated only and are subject to change

- To the full extent permitted at law, Adam Dimech does not
provide any warranties of its services, expressed or implied. There
is absolutely no guarantee whatsoever that a client's grades will
improve after using these services. Grades depend on factors that
are out of Adam Dimech's control, such as the content of a client's document and the
quality of their research.
- Any corrections, comments or suggestions made by Adam Dimech in
connection with editing a document are those deemed appropriate for
the job. The use of these corrections, comments or suggestions is at
the sole discretion of the client.
- Adam Dimech is not responsible for any circumstances beyond his
control that prevent him from fulfilling your contract, (e.g. power
supply faults, faulty internet connections et cetera). In these circumstances the client may be entitled
to a refund of monies paid. All such refunds are at the sole
discretion of Adam Dimech.
Error and OmissionsAdam Dimech is not responsible for
errors or omissions because a client failed to clearly communicate
requirements.
PaymentPayment is to be made by
the client before edited documents are returned. A deposit may be requested
before work commences.
Security and Privacy
As per Adam Dimech's
Privacy Policy,
Adam Dimech will not sell, distribute or share a client's information, or any part
thereof, to a third party. Clients may request that documents are destroyed
after a job has been completed. If this instruction is not received Adam
Dimech may retain a copy of a client's documents for backup purposes only.
Contract TerminationAdam Dimech may terminate a project at any time for any reason.
Academic
LiabilityAdam Dimech recognises that the academic evaluation of
students' work depends on a number of factors beyond his control, including
but not limited to: meeting criteria, validity of the work, originality of
the work, accuracy of the work and opinion of the lecturer/demonstrator/assessor.
Adam Dimech cannot be held legally or otherwise responsible for
disappointing grades due to these or any other factors, including negligence or claims of such negligence.
IndemnificationThe client agrees to indemnify and hold
Adam Dimech harmless from any claim
or demand, including reasonable fees and costs for the service of an
attorney, or as may be made by any third party due to or arising from use of
the service or website, or violation by the client, or infringement of any
intellectual property or other right of any person or entity by the client.
Limitation of LiabilityAdam Dimech is not liable for incidental, indirect,
consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind,
including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss of data, in any
way related to this service or for any claim, loss or injury based on errors
or omission, interruptions or any other inaccuracies (including without
limitation as a result of any breach of warranty or other term of this
agreement.) A client's remedy for claim shall be limited to the amount he or
she has paid, if any, to Adam Dimech for provided that proof of claim is
demonstrated. Adam Dimech provides the best possible service to the best
of his ability and does not guarantee that edited documents are 'perfect' or
'without error'. Those who access this service choose to do so on their own
initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws and University
policies and guidelines.
